Jonathan Ehling Architect Inc. is a small, hands-on, Lower Mainland-based architectural practice specializing in residential construction; both new and renovation, as well as renovation to heritage buildings and their related components, laneway homes, commercial properties and feasibility studies for both residential and commercial projects.

I have comprehensive regulatory experience working with the City of Vancouver, and all other major municipalities in the Lower Mainland, in particular the issues relating to Design, Zoning Reviews, Variances, Development Permits and Building Permits.
As a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (since 1995) I also carry the required liability insurance.
