Although a single-family residence, the design of this house presented significant challenges requiring complex consultation with specialists in archeology, soils, and structural and mechanical engineering.

Cut into a hill, this house has most of it's views to the west (water) side, which features expansive decks as outdoor living areas. Essentially four levels on the waterfront side, the street-side entrance is on the third level.

The ground level was designed for year-round use and family entertaining, and features an outdoor kitchen area and an infinity pool.
